Rental Mortgages

- We have programs to suit your needs with as little as 5% down - 95% LTV (loan to value) 1-2 units only
- Up to 44% TDS
- If its 2-4 units then 10% down is needed
- Up to 80% Rental offset (80% of rent will count toward your income - to help you qualify)
- Adjustable and fixed rate options
- Note : CMHC Premiums are higher than normal residential purchases. CMHC is needed if you have less than 20% to put down on the house eg. with 5% down your premium could be 6.50% on top of your mortgage. This gets paid off over the term of the mortgage.
