Construction Financing

Are you building your dream home in the country or a home in the city?  I can arrange short term, fully open construction financing for your project.

I can provide construction mortgages for up to 65% of the current value of the property (land and existing structures).  Once the initial funds are depleted, a reassessment of the value of the property and the structure can be performed and additional funds can be released.  The additional funds that will be available will be the difference between 65% of the new value less the amount already released.
