AGF Trust mortgages have programs to allow borrowers with a credit score as low as 540 but who have not went bankrupt to qualify for a mortgage. The maximum allowed is 85% of the value of the home.
Other AGF Mortgage Products Available : High ratio mortgages up to 95% of home value, rural mortgages and up to 35 years
